Beyond the Lines™ offers the free Assurance Impact Scorecard and the paid Assurance to Action Toolkit™ Individual Edition, and offers the Assurance to Action Team System™, the Assurance Impact Lab delivery options, BTL facilitation and Enterprise applications on enquiry. Product-specific purchase, licence, cancellation, refund and tax terms are those shown at checkout or set out in an agreed proposal, and those terms apply to that purchase alongside these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms for a paid product or service:

• Payments are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, features or availability of paid offerings at our discretion
