The founder
Built by Tim Buckley.
Over 15 years leading audit functions, designing risk frameworks and working with senior stakeholders.
Tim has led audit functions, designed risk and controls frameworks, and worked with senior audit, risk and controls leaders across industries. The work he does inside Beyond the Lines™ is shaped by that practitioner experience, not theory.
Everything is built around live work: real boards, real audit and risk committees, real operating decisions, and the real friction of leading through change.
He built Beyond the Lines to help Internal Audit, Risk and Controls teams close the Assurance Impact Gap, turning strong technical work into better decisions, clearer ownership, effective action and measurable improvement.
