    Formats

    Three ways to work together.

    01

    Keynotes and conference sessions

A clear perspective and practical questions for the audience.

    02

    Team workshops

Case-based discussion and application to a defined priority. Typical half-day formats, with scope agreed.

    03

    Customer programmes and roundtables

Practitioner-led sessions for professional bodies, advisory firms and technology providers: a one-off event or an agreed series.

    Typical themes

    What a session can cover.

    1. 01

      Professional scepticism and judgement

Asking better questions and testing interpretations against evidence.

    2. 02

      Controls in practice

Control purpose, design, ownership, effectiveness and avoiding control theatre.

    3. 03

      Reporting, influence and action

Consequence, decision clarity, management ownership and evidence of movement.

    4. 04

      Human judgement with AI

Choosing where technology helps and where challenge, oversight and accountability remain human responsibilities.

These are focused starting points, not a course catalogue. We agree the audience, situation and desired takeaway, adapt relevant existing material, deliver a practical session and agree any resources.

    Fees

Fees are agreed around the format, audience, preparation and location. Share the brief and timing for a scoped proposal.

For professional bodies and technology providers, BTL can also scope a recurring programme of practitioner-led content, customer sessions or roundtables.

    Before you enquire

Do we need the Partnership to commission a session?

No. A single keynote, workshop or customer session stands on its own. It is not a prerequisite for the Assurance Impact Partnership.

Can a session be tailored to our audience?

Yes. We reuse and adapt relevant existing material around your audience, situation and desired takeaway. Customisation is agreed beforehand and is not unlimited.

Are CPD hours or accreditation included?

Only what has been approved for the actual session is stated for that session. We do not assume CPD accreditation or professional-body endorsement.

    Tell us about the audience.

Share the audience, date and what you want people to take away. Tim will reply personally.
