COMING SOON • TEAM-LED

Find the team-level constraint. Align the room. Leave with a 90-day plan.

The Assurance Impact Lab turns your team's Scorecard pattern into a shared diagnosis, agreed priorities, clear ownership and a focused 90-day plan. It is team-led by default, with optional BTL support or full facilitation where that will improve the outcome.

    Who the Lab is for

Teams where good assurance work is not creating enough movement.

    01

Good analysis is not producing a clear decision

Messages land unevenly with senior stakeholders and the needed commitment remains implicit.

    02

Tasks have owners, outcomes do not

Responsibility is allocated, but accountability for the intended result is not.

    03

Closure is not evidence of movement

Actions close administratively without showing that risk, controls, behaviour or performance changed.

    04

Recurring issues need one shared diagnosis

The team needs to agree the underlying constraint, what to improve first and what progress will look like.

Three ways to run the Lab

The method is the same in every case. What changes is who facilitates and how much BTL support sits alongside your team. Team-led is the default.

    Default model

    Team-led

    Best for
Teams with an internal lead who is comfortable running a structured working session.
    Your role
Your internal lead runs the diagnosis, the session and the planning using the BTL materials.
    BTL support
BTL provides the method, the diagnostic structure, the facilitation guidance and the planning tools.

    Added support

    BTL-supported

    Best for
Teams that want to lead the Lab themselves but would value a second pair of eyes at the key points.
    Your role
Your internal lead still runs the Lab and owns the outcome.
    BTL support
BTL helps frame the session, is available at agreed points and reviews the resulting priorities and plan.

    Independent facilitation

    BTL-facilitated

    Best for
Teams where independent challenge or a neutral chair will change the quality of the conversation.
    Your role
Your team participates fully rather than facilitating.
    BTL support
BTL facilitates the working session directly and leads the sponsor debrief.

    Pricing

Priced by delivery option and team size

Lab pricing is based on the delivery option, team size and preparation required. The full options are confirmed before any commitment.

    • Team size. How many people take part in the Scorecard and the working session.
    • Preparation. How much work is needed to bring results together and shape the session for your context.
    • Sessions. How many working sessions and debriefs are required.
    • Support level. Whether the Lab is team-led, BTL-supported or BTL-facilitated.

Everything is confirmed in writing before any commitment. Enquiring does not commit you to anything.

    How the Lab runs

    Diagnose. Explore. Prioritise. Plan.

The Lab uses the seven stages of the Assurance to Action System™ to structure the diagnosis and focus the conversation on the stages where impact is actually being lost.
