Assurance Impact Lab
A practical working session to agree what needs to change.
The Lab brings your team together to examine a specific assurance problem, test assumptions against relevant examples and agree practical next steps.
It can form the opening working session of the six-month Assurance Impact Partnership, or be commissioned as a standalone facilitated workshop. We agree the focus and preparation around your team's situation rather than take everyone through a fixed course.
Depending on that focus, the session can draw on Scorecard responses, sponsor input, live or anonymised work, and relevant BTL tools. The intended outputs are:
- A shared view of the priority
- A small number of practical changes
- Named owners
- An action plan with evidence to review
A standalone Lab provides focused diagnosis and an agreed plan. It does not include the Partnership's following months of live-work clinics, leadership support and evidence reviews. Your team can take the plan forward itself, or discuss continued BTL involvement where useful.
Format, participants, preparation, outputs and fee are confirmed before commitment.
